Individual & Couples Therapy for high achievers, overthinkers, and stressed professionals

About

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in Connecticut and New York. I work with adults, individually and as couples, who are navigating anxiety, overthinking, work stress, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high achievers carrying more than they let on. I help them slow down, build self-confidence, and make meaningful changes. My approach is collaborative. We do this work together.

I'm the author of Quiet Your Mind: A Men's Guide (Penguin Random House), I write for Psychology Today, and my work on fatherhood, masculinity, and mental health has been featured in The New York Times, CNN, The Guardian, and Fortune, among others. I also consult with organizations through WorkHaven, helping build more connected workplaces.
